Freddy is a Tom Clark Gnome created in 1983. 

This is a great find as this gnome is numbered 1.  

This collectible gnome is a retired item.  He measures 3 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter.  "Freddy" like all Tom Clark's gnomes, is highly detailed.  He appears to be staring at the turtle and pondering the act of fishing.  This Cairn Studios Creation would make a nice addition to your collection.
